around we go is video projection series that records termites following lines drawn with a bic pen that outline the Dallas-Ft. Worth highway systems. The termites follow the dawn lines because of false pheromones. The termites manage a similar haphazard commute, experiencing accidents, traffic jams, and wanders. This piece has been projected in the Aurora festival but is typically shown projected onto a found log.
